1.台達伺服,自主設計控製程序,施(shī)耐德電氣,進口氣動(dòng) ,加厚機架一次加工成(chéng)型,王牌鋼精磨橫梁與滑塊滑座,進口導軌堅固耐(nài)用。
2.進(jìn)板裝置(zhì),伺服傳動,省去(qù)了機械式(shì)傳(chuán)動調節時的繁(fán)瑣,而且可完全避免進紙雙張的缺(quē)陷。3.模具下壓停頓貼(tiē)角,伺服轉(zhuǎn)動,直接設定速度、點動自動,方便調試(shì)。
4.四角調節設計有對(duì)零標尺參考,單獨(dú)的坐標進退,橫豎調節時顯而易見,無需多次試貼,降低了高頻換模時的物料損耗。
5.貼角(jiǎo)銅模座導熱快(kuài)耗能低(dī),抗震(zhèn)耐磨。
6.送帶部分,PET透明膠帶(dài)、牛皮紙膠帶通用,通過六角杆、傘尺等機械(xiè)式傳動,送帶長度標準,避免偏(piān)帶堵帶。
